Tomini Group Welcomes the Delivery of Tomini Sakura on Long-Term Charter

Tomini Group, a leading global ship-owner and operator, is pleased to announce the successful delivery of Tomini Sakura on 21 November 2025. The vessel, a 42,401 DWT Handymax built by Oshima Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., joins Tomini’s fleet under a five-year time charter from Japanese owner Daido Kaiun Co., Ltd.

The delivery marks an important step in Tomini’s long-term strategy of building strong partnerships in Japan and growing its presence in the Handymax segment through high-quality, fuel-efficient vessels.
